Anna Bishop, M.Ed., CCC-SLP
Owner and SLP
With over 11 years experience in helping adults with stroke, brain injury, and other neurodegenerative diseases, I provide evidence based, compassionate, and meaningful therapy to support communication, social participation, and independence. I received my Master’s degree from Valdosta State University, and have worked in a range of settings including acute care, inpatient rehab, home health, outpatient neuro rehab, and long term acute care hospitals. I am licensed in the State of Georgia and certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
I believe therapeutic relationships are most successful when they are built upon trust and understanding. I am passionate about providing holistic, person-centered care to help adults reclaim their communication, maintain their social lives, and improve their interactions with family and friends.
In my free time, I enjoy yoga, reading, and spending time outdoors with my husband, daughter and dog!
